Chris Treese is the face of Delta Consulting and a partner in the firm. He is an experienced entrepreneur, business coach, and leadership strategist who works directly with owners to help them scale with clarity and control. Based in Springfield, MO, Chris owns and operates a luxury outdoor living construction company, giving him real world perspective in every conversation. He specializes in leadership development, accountability, and helping contractors step out of daily chaos and into intentional growth. Chris excels at uncovering root problems, challenging assumptions, and guiding owners toward better decisions that create lasting change. He coaches from lived experience and only teaches strategies he actively use in his own business.
Chris Olson is the operational engine behind Delta Consulting and a partner in the firm. He is a firefighter and paramedic, experienced entrepreneur, and systems strategist with more than a decade of hands on leadership experience. Originally from Washington State, Chris brings a calm, disciplined approach shaped by years in public safety, backcountry medicine, and high pressure environments where strong systems and team culture are critical. He specializes in building structure, efficiency, and repeatable systems that allow businesses to scale without chaos. Known for his attention to detail, Chris excels in systems optimization and data driven decision making. He teaches what he uses and only recommends systems that actually move the needle.
